Prepare some space for your practitioner to set up their treatment table. Usually they'll require approx. 2 x 2 meters 2. We recommend that you have two large, clean towels to hand to lay over the table and over your body. This is for comfort as well as hygiene reasons. A small hand towel can also be used to place under your head. If your treatment is for Osteopathy please ensure you have a pillow or cushion. 3. Please have a think about any recent injuries or health issues your practitioner should be made aware of. Your practitioner will carry out a short consultation prior to treatment, to better tailor the treatment to your specific needs 4. Consider having a hot shower or bath beforehand- this will help you to relax your muscles prior to the treatment and improve muscle recovery! Your practitioner will bring everything else for your treatment, including a table, relaxing music if appropriate and selection of essential oils. Most importantly, relax and enjoy your treatment! Your practitioner will arrive for your scheduled booking time, so please make sure you're at your home, hotel room or office for your scheduled appointment time. In the unlikely event that your practitioner is running late, you will be notified in advance either by the customer service team or by the practitioner directly. On arrival, please show your practitioner where you'd like your treatment to take place. If you're having a treatment that requires you to undress, allow them to step outside so you can get undressed to your underwear in privacy. Your practitioner will re-enter the room once you are ready, ask you a few simple questions so they can tailor your treatment to your specific needs. Can I contact my practitioner directly? If you are using our website, you will be able to contact your practitioner directly before your treatment, but only in the event that there is an issue with your appointment, such as they are running slightly late. You are also able to leave any relevant appointment notes for your practitioner under the ‘Notes’ section on your upcoming appointment. You can provide parking information, whether you have stairs or simply anything that you think would be helpful to make them aware of before the treatment. Will the practitioner speak to me during the treatment? Your practitioner will often speak with you during the treatment regarding pressure and your general wellbeing, so they can fully tailor the treatment to your specific needs to deliver a first class experience. However, if you prefer to enjoy your treatment in complete silence - please let your practitioner know during your consultation at the beginning of your treatment. AMENDING A BOOKING How is my booking confirmed? Once you have made a booking, you will be taken to a confirmation screen, showing your booking reference number and details of your treatment. This will also be sent to the email address on your account. You will be able to access your appointment detail via our website by Logging into your account In our website, you are also able to leave any relevant appointment notes for your practitioner under the ‘Notes’ section on your upcoming appointment. You can provide parking information, whether you have stairs- or simply anything that you would be helpful to make them aware of before the treatment. How do I amend my booking? You can change the date, time, cancel and rebook your appointment through our Website: 1. Select Appointments from your web menu 2. Select the booking you wish to cancel under ‘Upcoming’ Appointments 3. Select ‘Cancel Appointment’ or click the pencil next to your appointment time and date. 4. Select back to credit if you're cancelling the appointment. This will immediately add credit back to your account in order to make a new booking. You can amend your appointment at any time following your booking, but please note that fees will apply if wish to make an amendment to your booking within 24 hours of your agreed appointment time. Your fees will be explained to you before making the amendment, as per our cancellation terms below. To make amendments to your appointment, please contact our dedicated Customer Service team. How do I cancel my booking? We understand that plans can change quickly, but our appointment cancellation policy is designed to protect the relationship between you and our practitioner partners. You can cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours ahead of your agreed appointment time. In the unlikely event your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking closer to your appointment time, our cancellation policy is as follows: 1. Select Appointments from your app menu 2. Select the booking you wish to cancel under ‘Upcoming’ Appointments 3. Select ‘Cancel Appointment’ 4. You will be advised the amount to be refunded to you, as per our cancellation policy 5. You will be prompted to add credit to your account so that you can rebook your next treatment easily 6. You can also select to have the refund returned to your card, which can take up to 7 working days 7. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation and amount refunded to you Can I contact my practitioner directly?
